Claire is a Calgary-born, Edmonton-based theatre artist who has been involved with CYPT since 2017 when she performed in Grounded. Claire also performed in Cannonball! and the 10 Minute Play Festival, and co-wrote Wayward for the 2019 Outpatient Collective. They are currently pursuing a combined degree in Drama and Education at the University of Alberta, with a focus in Queer and feminist studies. Recent performance credits include Phaedra’s Love and Welcome to Thebes, as well as stage managing Twelfth Night and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (University of Alberta). Claire has a penchant for plants, cats, and oat milk lattes, and will find a way to work at least one into any given conversation. She has worked with CYPT’s summer camps for the past two summers, and is super passionate about creating cool plays with even cooler kids.
