Elliot has spent their life ambitious for the arts, trying vessel upon vessel of creativity before finding CYPTs approach to the world of theatre. Acting on stage was a dream for Elliot almost their entire life, and it was CYPT that made that idea tangible and exciting. In the summer of 2022, Elliot finally prepared an audition and got into their first show, REAL BOI. From there they fell in love with the community and satisfaction of the stage. They enjoyed involvement in all capacities, trying assistant stage managing for the 2023 CANNONBALL FESTIVAL, and continuing to act in CLUE, WHIMSY, 2024 CANNONBALL FESTIVAL, and A MONSTER CALLS. Alongside mainstage shows, for two years now Elliot has participated in CYPT’s contribution to the HIGH PERFORMANCE RODEO, through Wax Museum: Algorithm, and The Ten Minute Play Festival! See them next in CYPTs upcoming main stage, THE SMOKING GUN, or the 2025 CANNONBALL FESTIVAL. Elliot’s grown up with CYPT, the community and experiences have shaped them, taught them life-long lessons, and provided them with some of their favourite memories and friends; they can’t wait to see what awaits them in the rest of their journey here.
