Jamie is thrilled to be a permanent fixture here at CYPT.   A prairie girl at heart, Jamie is also the Artistic Director of Calgary’s Verb Theatre, where she has directed such productions as Lungs, The Shape of a Girl, NOISE, Marg Szkaluba, Jim Forgetting, and more!  For CYPT, Jamie has been around since 2009, having directed Richard III, The Lost Prince, A Little Princess, The Bridge, The Man in the Moon, and Warm Stories for Cold Nights.  This season, she is directing Village of Idiots.  Jamie spent 2013/14 in London as the Artistic Associate at The Grand Theatre, where she directed The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde, and is also a sessional instructor for the University of Lethbridge Department of Drama.

She also loves antique teacups and her kitten Marcel and putting Marcel inside antique teacups.
