The Three Musketeers opens in a just a couple of weeks.
And it’s just ridiculous.
Like stupid, funny, hilarious. We recommend bringing an extra pair of pants to the show because you are likely to laugh yours off.
One thing that’s really delightful is that this particular show features a number of young actors who started in our Summer Camp programs together and have been friends for years, and now get to perform beside each other on stage. They all happen to be amazing stage fighters, amazing comedians, and two have even played horses on CYPT stages in recent years, a particularly rare honour… or should I say a mare honour??? …I’m being told no, I shouldn’t say that, it’s not funny. Oh well, I don’t have to be, because these kids take care of that on their own, including November’s YP of the Month. She’s one of our most physically gifted performers, with a wonderful understanding of body-based storytelling, which is why we’ve given her a role that demands that skill above all else. And who is this phantastically physical phenom? (and yes, you can spell fantastically with a ph, I looked it up – it’s archaic but it holds up)
November’s YP of the Month is none other than,
Teagan has been acting with CYPT for a few years now. You may have seen her in shows like Atlantis and The Lost Prince. You will also be able to see her in the upcoming show The Three Musketeers. She has spent many summers learning and growing at the camp. All though she loves theatre, dance is her true passion and has been her calling since the young age of 3. Teagan is now 17 and graduating from grade 12. Teagan loves to perform and to be on stage in front of people.
